London Marathon (London, UK)
Sarah Johnson set a seven minute PR to come home in 2:43 for 32nd woman in the mass start and top 30 GBR overall.
Eugene Half Marathon (Eugene, OR)
Mara Olson ran 1:15:32 for sixth place. Fresh club alum Zoe Baker finished just ahead of Mara in fourth. Long time club member and now alum Stephanie Pancoast finished in 1:17 just a couple minutes behind the two.
April 25
Drake Relays (Des Moines, IA)
Claire Yerby set a new club best in the outdoor mile, running 4:34.20 for ninth in the Women’s Mile. Garrett Macquiddy finished eleventh in the men’s 1500m.
April 21
USATF 1 Mile Championships (Des Moines, IA)
In their national road championship debuts, Claire Yerby was ninth for her first US championship top 10, and Garrett Macquiddy was 13th.
April 19
Impala Stampede 5k (San Francisco, CA)
Bridget Blum ran a big PR of 16:25 to lead Rachel DaDamio, Sarah Anderson, Faith Reynolds, and Maya Weigel home to a 1-2-4-6-7 finish and the team win. Kyle Eller led the way for the men for the first time with his sixth place finish just under 15:00. Daniel and Joshua Sealand, Tom Brookes, and Ethan Yan completed scoring for a second place team finish.

Bryan Clay Invitational (Azusa, CA)
Erin McDonald ran 32:59 in a very competitive field.
April 13
Carlsbad 5000 (Carlsbad, CA)
Claire Green finished top ten in the elite wave. Anna Tait was top 15 among the open women, and Oli Langford was top 50 among the men. Tom Tayeri won his 50+ age group yet again and would have been second among 40+ runners. He also finished 2nd in the All Day 20k among all competitors by racing all four heats back to back (to back to back).
April 12
Sactown Mile (Sacramento, CA)
Claire Yerby broke the race open at the halfway turnaround and won decisively. In the men’s field, Garrett Macquiddy slipped on the starting line, fell to the ground, and still caught back up to finish third. He led Emmett Reynier, Ethan Phelps, Ethan Yan, Joshua Sealand, Ero Doce, and Kyle Eller across the line for five of the top eleven and seven in the top 19 for a team win over the Aggies.

Jim Linthicum Invitational (Cupertino, CA)
JJ Escalera and Carmen Mejia got some good 400m work in despite some rain.
April 4
Brutus Hamilton Invitational (Berkeley, CA)
Claire Yerby won the 800m in 2:05 while Garrett Macquiddy helped pace the Don Bowden Mile.
Mike Fanelli Track Classic (San Francisco, CA)
JJ Escalera matched her season’s best in the 800m. Carmen Mejia used her trademark kick for fifth place in her heat.
April 3
Mike Fanelli Track Classic (San Francisco, CA)
Emmett Reynier led 5000m results with a 14:15 lifetime best in heat two, followed closely by Dominic Robles in 14:23. Ethan Phelps won heat seven in 14:52 leading Kyle Eller, Tom Brookes, and Ethan Yan across the line. Tie Zheng placed 3rd in heat eight. Anna Tait kicked off her track season as well.
Later in the day, JJ Escalera won her heat of the 1500m.
Stanford Invitational (Stanford, CA)
Erin McDonald matched her college PR over 5000m at 15:59. Vedang Lad ran just two seconds off his PR in the 10,000m with a very strong close out of the second pack. Garrett Macquiddy stepped up to the 5000m but was hampered by a side stitch halfway in.
Earlier in the day, Claire Yerby and Joshua Sealand had outdoor seasons bests at 1500m.
March 28
Sound Running The TEN (San Juan Capistrano, CA)
Garrett Macquiddy opened his outdoor 1500m campaign in 3:39, his quickest outdoor opener ever and a new club best. Claire Green finished fourth in her heat of the 10K with pacing help from Lucy Jenks, and Claire Yerby raced the 1500m. Claire doubled back to help pace the fast heat of the 10K.
West Coast Relays (Clovis, CA)
Dominic Robles doubled again finishing fourth in the 5000m and just a second off his PR in the 1500m.
March 22
Chicago Shamrock Shuffle (Chicago, IL)
Claire Green and Erin McDonald led the way to a third place mixed team finish with top five individual finishes. Chris Olley, Kyle Eller, and Joshua Sealand finished close together to round out the team score.
March 21
Johnny Mathis Invitational (San Francisco, CA)
JJ Escalera was 2nd in the 800 in 2:12, and Tom Brookes got third in heat two of the 5000m. Izzi Gengaro, Daniel Sealand, and Ethan Yan also competed in the 5000m and 800m.
March 15
Santa Cruz Mile (Santa Cruz, CA)
Garrett Macquiddy led teammates Emmett Reynier, Joshua Sealand, Daniel Sealand, Ethan Phelps, and Ethan Yan to a 1-6 sweep in the men’s race. Claire Yerby, JJ Escalera, and Carmen Mejia went 1-2-4 in the women’s race.

Stanislaus Kim Duyst Invitational (Turlock, CA)
Dominic Robles won the 5000m and was fourth in the 1500m.

Napa Valley Half Marathon (Napa, CA)
Rachel DaDamio set another PR just a month after her last one in 1:14:53 for a close 2nd place. Melinda DiNapoli won her age group, and Nelleke Gibson was top 10 in her age group despite being sick alongside pacer Andrea Cloarec.
February 21
Cal All Comers (Berkeley, CA)
JJ Escalera won the 800 and Emmett Reynier PR’d for 3rd leading Daniel Sealand, Joshua Sealand, Ethan Phelps, Kyle Eller, and Tom Brookes across the line in the 3k.
Sunbird Invitational (Fresno, CA)
Dominic Robles finished sixth in the 3000m and ninth in the 1500m.

Black Canyon Ultras 50K (Mayer, AZ)
Matt Lenehan fought through a tough day but still finished top 50.

Husky Classic (Seattle, WA)
Claire Yerby ran an indoor 800 PR of 2:04.29, and Garrett Macquiddy took 0.19 seconds off his PR two weeks prior to run 3:57.34.

San Francisco Half Marathon and 10K (San Francisco, CA)
Bridget Blum won the 10K with a new PR of 34:04. Rachel DaDamio ran 1:16 for 3rd in the half marathon behind PDC community member and training mate Lucy Jenks who ran 1:14.
January 31
UW Invite/Mile City (Seattle, WA)
Garrett Macquiddy PR’d and set a new club indoor mile record of 3:57.53. Claire Yerby ran 4:38 for her own club indoor mile record, and Emmett Reynier set his own PR of 4:11.
January 24
Armed Forces Cross Country Championships (Windcrest, TX)
Kyle Eller finished in 18th place helping Air Force to a narrow second place behind Navy.
Wildcat Mile (Woodside, CA)
JJ Escalera went sub 5 to take the win.

UW Indoor Preview (Seattle, WA)
Claire Yerby took 7th place in the 1000m, earning a new club best of 2:40.21.
January 11
USATF Club Cross Country Championships (Tallahassee, FL)
The PDC women’s team took second place, led by Claire Green in 6th overall. All five scorers, including Erin McDonald, Rachel DaDamio, Ayla Granados, and Zoe Baker, finished in the top 31. The men’s team was 10th, led by Emmett Reynier in 23rd and Vedang Lad in 26th. Joshua Sealand in 62nd, Kenny Valdez in 100th, and Dom Robles in 102nd completed our scoring places.

World Athletics Cross Country Championships (Tallahassee, FL)
Ethan Yan earned 108th place for Singapore in his second World XC attempt.
January 3
Kiwanis Resolution Run 10K (Mountain View, CA)
Melinda DiNapoli was first woman across in the 10K.
